Can we start SLIT on the basis of high IGE and on SERUM IgE testing of different allergens without SPT in a 7yr old child of Allergic rhinitis and 3to4 wheezy attacks annually started from 21/2yrs first attack started with Utricaria and elder sister had alllergic rhinitis but no defenite history of Atopy and Asthma in family.
Is it effective in all cases? How do u counsel patients if not effective in all cases.
it was mentioned that there are no available standard allergens in India for immunotherapy. Then what are u all using. Is it licensed in India?
My daughter has severe eczema. She is now 5 years old. Very recently she had whistling sounds and was unable to sleep in lying position. The doctor told me that she got mild asthma still diagnosis is not confirmed. How can I improve her condition without steroids?
