Sir/ma’am Can Long acting insulin and short acting be given together in same string, which one should be load first??
Many new borns present with asymtomatic hypoglycemia RBS in range of 30 to 40 mg%
(baby is clinically active) .
What do u recommend to treat or monitor?
1)When will N.B. b investigated for hypoglycemia?
2) refractory severe hypoglycemia at age of 2 yrs?
How to investigate?
Inspite of doing too many steps like diet and exercise still obese children dont loose weight? What to do?
(Where lab investigations r normal )
Obestiy, hyperpigmentation and cushingoid..
What is the incdence?
What about unilateral thelarchy seen in less than 10yrs age?
