If child is transfused how to interpret hplc sir.??
Or how to diagnose in recently transfused child beside doing parents hplc

Before early normoblast stage sir
Sir why thal major as it usually present with in 6mnths and this child present at 2 yr of age.??
Hereditary spherocytosis sir
And how much blood is transfused since according to history there is increased frequency of transfusion so whether increased amount of blood was also required or not.??
in family history no blood disorder in family was told and earlier he said both parents are thal minor so which one is correct
