Is there any role of IgE estimation ,to establish the atopic status in a doubtful child
Very high Ig E , any supportive for diagnosis
GINA does talk of API INDEX ,for the dx of Asthma in children under 5 wheezing…your comments please…as well as the negative and positive predictive value of this tool.
