In a developing country like India , where price of the vaccine matters , what’s ur take on new pcv -10 by serum against Pcv-13 ???
Pneumococcal pneumonia is IPD or Direct spread from nasopharynx
Recently many children come with complicated peumonia , empyema , necrotizing pneumonia, and many children are in older age group , what is the reason behind , is it becoz infants are being vaccinated with PCV, there is a epidemiologic shift of pneumococcal infection ? Any evidence supporting this , indian study?
