Covid pt, she is lactating feeding 3 month old child, recovering from Covid on Day 17 of illness shows d dimer 1200( all d dimer values within normal previously)
What it means?
How to treat?
Can she feed with anticoagulants if started
Can we use nebulizer if Budesonide inhaler is not readily available
