Why pulmonary venuler endothelium are not much involved and presenting as thromboembolic phenomenon in children/MIS-C as compared to adults one’s..where cytokine storm and thrombosis is the main culprit
What was the echo finding
The sensitivity and specificity of RT PCR is 70% and 100%. There are no chances on false positive

Is Megadose of vit D advised or daily dose is better to avoid nephrocacinosis pls
