1. IMC Regulations only mentions about the duration of the IPD paper preservation for 3 years. WHICH LAW mentions about the duration of the OPD documents’ preservation?
2. According to WHICH LAW there is need of 3 DOCTORS for Negative Consent? What if there is only one or two doctor are available in the set up?

3. POCSO Act: If there is a difference between the doctor-assessed age & age by victim’s documents, which of the two prevails?

I am Internal Medicine consultant, if I treat 15 Yr old or 17 Yr old sometimes because parents insist for my opinion, will it be problem medicolegal? In USA I never used to because definition of Pediatric pt is below 18.
