Although rigid chest syndrome happens with fentanyl, but sometimes we have faced problem in ventilating the child ( immediately after intubation, no chest rise even when ET tube is in position)when we intubate after vecuronium. What to do in such cases ?
Putting NG tube before RSI or not doing ..which one is preferred ?
