Vegetable foreign body like pea nut or other seeds or nuts.
Chest x ray may not show any abnormality.
CT Chest might be usefull.
One suggestion.
Plz take chest applying pressure on abdomen in small children we can get expiratory film and will help in diagnosis . Hyperinflation will become more obvious.
Sir, is flexible bronchoscopy requires General anaesthesia??
If, anaesthetist is not available what are other options
How will we counseling the parents for general anaesthesia??
Magnet FB aspiration, like it’s ingestion, can it cause more severe consequences,like perforations?
