Sir could u please kindly provide password to access certain previous lectures from archive and pediatric lectures under dIAP.
Initially flow rate in an adult
If the work of breathing is not decreased with the flow per kg calculation…can we increase the flow rate ….say beyond 50 litres upto 60 litres like in adults…
Also , if the work of breathing gets better with lower flows (from when we calculate per kg) ….can we set a lower flows
Sir in pneumothorax can we use HFNC after putting chest tube , if needed?
Sir how to manage oral leaks???
Can HFNC be given by Oxygen cylinder at home?
Sir plz explain why HFNC is contraindicated in cyanotic congenital heart ds?
