Why it is not developmental arrest as no further milestones were achieved.??
Most common seizure is subtle seizures in newborn
Can be tonic
Clonic.??
Convulsion on day 1 can be hie
Convulsion on day 2-3 can be metabolic
Convulsion later can be sepsis/meningitis
And there is bowel bladder incontinence in convulsion and seizure can occur in sleep also but abnormal movements usually less in sleep
Eyes open
Unresponsive during the event and post ictal drowsiness is convulsion
And also about the bladder and bowel control of the child
Not significant present history about the feeding of child is there any choking while feeding and all
And also what about the seizure and how many medication child is on
