Sir,when to use the combination of crystallography and colloid?
Very good evening sir.
I have few questions.
1. What’s ur take on n acetyl cystiene with severe dengue with hepatic failure.
2. We have found good results using 5% albumin as boluses, ur experince on this sir.
3. As u mentioned to use combination of two fluids, when is that needed to be started I mean is it after initial fluid boluses or after fluid boluses.
4. Can I take home message that if there is evidence of decreased urine out put secondary to compartment syndrome then we need to remove fluid at 1 to 2 ml/kg
