A child developed mild maculopapular rash after 4to 5 days after fever subsided (was Rtpcr positive).there were no other symptoms.do we need to check for inflammatory markers

1yr old positive but parents negative.
High-fever spikes now in reducing trend .what precautions for parents and how monitor the saturation as the regular moniter size doesn’t fit their little fingers

If the child is a known wheezer and having cough and wheeze with no other symptoms in the family, then how do we go ahead? Does this mandates early RT PCR or CXR and admission? Or can we ask care givers to chk any red flag signs at home with inhalers?

Should an anal swab be taken in a child who has only diarrhea with fever and no respiratory symptoms?

In isolated families, its very difficult to isolate the infant or a todler from the parent, how to keep the baby safe especially when parents have respiratory symptoms

Sir I have a RTPCR positive 3yr old with CT value 18 whole family positive and quarantined…how to proceed
