I am a mother to 10 month old twin girls. One is 6 kg and other 6.8 kg. I am spoon feeding them solids along with making them self feed finger foods. As they are under weight, my family wants me to force feed them or do distraction feed. But i am against it. I want my girls to learn to eat independently.
