For humped nose viper envenomation, if symptoms are severe as normal asv doesn’t work, can we do plasmapheresis..

In hemotoxic bite, if 20min wbc test is negative having local symptoms such as swelling oc the limb.. already received 10vials od asv.. if skin swelling gradually increases is der role of 2nd dose even if WBC IS NEGATIVE
