When we give a phone to them we talk good and bad of media but it is advisable to talk about pronography according to their development

Online anxiety is one of the major problems in these times. Especially during school classes we’re just can’t trust the mute or video button anymore because of being very self conscious. How can we tackle problems like these?

Most of the teenagers these days are very socially active so they start to develop relationships with strangers they meet on media. So how can we restrict that to an extent because that in a way is a good quality right?
