Hello sir ‘ can one confirm duchenne muscular dystrophy by increase CK and aldolase levels by genetic testing ?
Sir role of creatinine powder in DMD?
Why does this dystrophy occur in advanced childhood? Can it be picked up earlier in the absence of Gover’s /pseudohypertrophy/ raised CPK?

For example down’s syndrome, due to chromosomal reasons, the child’s brain is destined to be underdeveloped.
But due to dysmorphic features, why don’t we classify it as primary microcephaly
