At what GIR is a critical sample indicated?
Sir is there any cut off value or time frame for cortical bilndness
What is the Maximum GIR and max dextrose that can be administred
Nifedepine?

Shouldn’t minimum GIR after hypoglycemia be 6mg/kg/min? Here it was 5.2..

Why can’t it be a metabolic cause? Elder sibling death due to AKI, molar pregnancy, and lethargy in this child, despite good feeding – ?familial hyperinsulinemia
