Madam there is concept of LPA in smear negative patients, your comment Dr Rajendra Vaidya Aurangabad

DUE TO COVID , most of adults has taken BCG vaccine so when they develop BCG abscess or pus discharge Which lasts for more than 3 months , how long INH treatment should be given?
If such child being refered with suspected MDR and all possible means tried for sample and culture… But not get any positive growth. What shall be strategy to treat?
