Ace2 receptors distribution and age decide symptoms mostly. Fever is due to immune response . Aim should be to treat patients not reports.
Comorbidities profiles spectrum in adults is different in adults which form a fertile ground for COVID. Only comorbidity in children of significance is obesity. Especially in adolescents. We need to note MIS-C is common in that age group.
Infection and disease are different. Vaccinated also get infected. That should not be labelled as vaccine failure. Sorry.
