7 yr old child with grade 3 goitre ,FNAC-shows colloid goitre, is it a must to do antibodies stil?..how long to wait as a part of conservative management
Newborn with TSH of 50 on screening, should we start treatment with thyroxine supplement and go for etiological diagnosis by 3 yrs, or can we do thyroid scan and start supplement
