Child will not mount a immune response if on steroid at 2 mg/kg for 4 weeks
Viral infections
SBP
Abdominal peritonitis
Sir abnormal host so infection needs to be ruled out
Zika
Abdominal
Abnormal shape of skull
Renal most likely glomerular to rule out nephrotic may be due to some secondary cause
4 yr old child with global developmental delay with microcephaly with generalized anasarca recurrent episode 3 episode in one year more likely renal origin with prolonged undocumented low grade fever of 20 days duration to rule out some congenital malformation or some syndromic baby
Difficulty in change in diaper or loosening of child
Sir child is running then how come developmental age is 18 mnths.??
Microcephaly with delayed development with edema may be some congenital infection like cmv
Child presented with fever sir so covid history contact needs to be asked and mis-c
Sir if undocumented can we say low grade.??
When mother noticed this developmental delay and more about receptive speech how is the development there.??
Is the swelling persent all throughout these 9mnths or decreased a bit after medication.??
