What about the mcewans sign.??
No comment about head circumference
as if post fossa tumor is suspected we expect hydrocephalus

Infratentorial in this case as child has raised ICP features supratentorial will present with seizures

Older child with tb will have more signs likely hypertonia and brisk reflexes and abnormal behaviour and not seizure at this age

No infective etiology to be considered
Headache and vomiting together is ominous sign and that too progressive

7 yr old child with chronic headache and vomiting both are progressive in nature so more likely to be some infratentorial tumor.!!
