No comment about head circumference as if post fossa tumor is suspected we expect hydrocephalus Space is less and that is why ICP in post fossa tumor Infratentorial in this case as child has raised ICP features supratentorial will present with seizures Peusdotumor cerebri has drug intake history usually sir NCC will have a focal seizure usually and tuberculoma also has gtcs usually Older child with tb will have more signs likely hypertonia and brisk reflexes and abnormal behaviour and not seizure at this age No infective etiology to be considered Headache and vomiting together is ominous sign and that too progressive Not audible sir 7 yr old child with chronic headache and vomiting both are progressive in nature so more likely to be some infratentorial tumor.!!
