Thalassemia child develops pulmunary hypertension with cor pulmunale??
Reason
If RFT LFT deranged with deferasirox.. den WAT drug to give
what is the advice for adolescence people mam????does fertility issues occurs in thalassemia after routine transfusion???
what is the marriage advice we could give for adult patients?
Is desferroxamine available? find it difficult to get for iron overdosage.
Whether in history hav to rule out
Skeletal abnormalities
Nail changes????
Why thalassemia dint hav jaundice .. even though it s hemolytic anaemia..
While others hav jaundice at presentation
Significance of high MCHC in the presence of anemia
