Can we diagnose asthma by taking family history of atopy at this age?
In case of community acquired non complicated pneumonia, as madam said really we should do order test like CBC, CRP,PCT ,ESR routinely? Does these really help us in diagnosis and management of pneumonia?

Staph aureus (pyoderma), strept pneumoniae (nephrotic syn), pseudomonas (cystic fibrosis), staph aureus (Malnourished). salmonella (sickle cell anemia)
