Can P0.1 help in distinguishing autotriggering and increased efforts in children?
Is not autotriggering in brain dead patient may still be considered as patient ventilator asynchrony?..Asynchrony is a mismatch between the patient regarding, time, flow, volume or pressure demands of the patient respiratory system and the ventilator which supplies demands..Autotriggering is a mismatch induced by leaks or fluid in circuits..So it fits into defintion..
