How common is resting tachycardia? One of my patients with mild symptoms is having tachycardia even though he is afebrile. No myocarditis

Any specific peculiraty incase of conjutivitis as a presenting feature ofvovid 19.
A few kids are having a second spike in temperature with or without diarrhoea after getting better from the initial Covid infection. Is this a long Covid, or a separate infection? How to differentiate?
Any insight for 3rd wave?
1.What is the Immunization recommendations after COVID 19 infection in a infant?
2.What is treatment guideline in a child with chronic respiratory condition like asthma?
