Is it necessary to give follow up monitoring charts to parents about EcG, Visual assessment and 2DEcho?
Any comments on the recent Covi-Self by Mylab…Sensitivity/Specificity etc…? Parents are likely to use it more at home once it becomes available easily across the counter.

Do you think we will face more of MIC-S than severe Covid ?
Neonate may be positive due to amniotic fluid contamination.
Can post Covid vaccination also give rise to MISC due to Antibody response same as we are seeing Post Covid infection? If so how to tackle?
Can hepatitis b vaccine and covishield vaccine be given on the same day at 2 different sites for a person 22 year old travelling abroad for higher studies??
Healthy with no comorbidities .

As remdesivir is removed by cdc in adults… so what is place of it in pediatric covid still?
Task force for adult doesn’t allow dexa to be used with remdisvir.they asked to use MPs.can it be used in pead.
Remdesivir to be given only if hypoxia or can be given for persistent high feverbeyond 5/6days
A breast fed baby who has received routine immunisation recently & mother wants to receive her covid vaccine , is it necessary to defer it for 4weeks ? …some confusion from parents ..any guidelines
In case scenario 5–6 members in home father is isolated in home which is very small with one toilet do you think suit in guideline of home isolation.
Is Institutional quarantine mandatory for mild cases,according to recent guidelines?
Should mother continue breast feeding on the day of the vaccine and after taking vaccine
In the present time of high prevalence of Covid, we may have to consider Covid,as one of the Differential Diagnosis in a child with 1st or 2nd day of fever without localization.
How do you counsel parents of such patients?
