After discharge on 14 days hospital stay covid management ,few pt presented with sudden worsening of CTSS SCORE from 10 to 17 without any respiratory distress . Fever is around 99
Why how we can manage

Few pt presented with acute reduction platelet up to less than 9000 /
Why and how will manage
If child having loose stool and vomiting, fever, no rashes, no cardiac involvement clinically , vitals stable, having positive covid antibody ,high crp how to proceed. Is it possible that child is having previous covid and now other infection. What’s crp significance in this type of cases
Criteria of discharge?
Post infectious COVID19 manifestation ie MIS-C n clinical manifestation in children with co-morbidities or cancer are challenging in Pediatric wave. This need to addressed? Regarding training of MO DGME has started online training, today we from IMS BHU team train 90 doctors. Topic was oxygen therapy n NIV.
