how to wean from HFNC ?

How to go about enteral feeding in NIV ?
Because both NG/ OG tube will cause significant circuit leak
Any structured weaning of flow of HFNC after we achive acceptable fio2?
Can u tell something about ROX index.. and its usage to predict intubation post hfnc failure
Child was on HFNC- with fiO2 of 40%- why was it not increased to 60% before shifting to NIV
How common are air-leak syndromes when a patient is on HFNC?
How to go about in such cases ? How to avoid such complications on HFNC?
We had an adult covid patient on HFNC needing high flows of 50 lts/min and high FiO2 – found to have Pneumomediastinum and subcutaneous emphysema, but very stable and maintaining SpO2 of 92%. The patient may go on to have pneumothorax or more dreaded pneumopericardium.
How to go about in such situations? cant come down on flows…
