What happens to cerebral blood flow in case of over drainage of CSF in case of vp shunt
peep titration with tcd in case of raised ICP with ards.
Can extracranial internal carotid and external carotid as well as ijv Doppler be used to diagnose raised ICP and cerebral sinus thrombosis if tcd can not be done.
Can raised ICP due to htn encephalopathy be differentiated from other causes of raised ICP when in dielemma with help of tcd as treatment differs a lot.
