3 percent saline is better than mannitol for raised ICP
Seizures in new born Phenobarb or Levetricetam
Dr Dhiren sir, u can say that patient seen at 9 am to 9 30 am. Notes are written at 4 pm. This for forgotten notes.
During CPR we can’t put note and usually it is written after giving CPR. Should we mention it as retrospective note and give the time of putting notes or the actual time of starting CPR?
Really it was excellent presentation
Once in our carrier all of us did this mistakes
Baby cried immediately after birth
No time, no signature
