Why R R 70 at 7 months without lung signs ?
Sir no repeated lrti not in CHF except tachypnea history which is suggesting impending failure so why increase pulmonary blood flow.??

Mam why sweating is only on forehead in chd.??
Mam if someone doesn’t present with visible cyanosis then still it can be cyanotic congenital heart disease as spo2 should be less than 85 for it to be clinically visible so how to find out clinically then in those cases.??
