We should also be alert to LoW TSH
Low T-SHIRT , tachycardia, ECG , history of hypothyroidism in the mother can help detect hyperthyroidism
this baby had thyroid levels normal
Foetal arrhythmia
any cause of persistent tachycardia since new born of age with 2decho being normal..baby had 2 episodes of LRTI and frequently URTI till 6mths..now child is one year plus normal growth no RTI..but still there is tachycardia..what could be the causes ..is anything to be done

newborn baby came to the op for general check up on day 1.baby is active warm pink cft 3 sec.no respiratory distress.heart rate 120/min.spo2 room air above 95.murmur is heard.in my town no cardiologist is available round the clock.how to approach such cases.
