Pr 40.?? And spo2 normal room air in such a condition where mother is giving history of cyanosis is not possible.!! Pulmonary oligemic sir No difficulty after feeding No coking No aspiration So resp not likely Is pulseoximetry part of physical examination why not meth hemoglobinemia.?? Sir should we give mannitol in such a child.?? What about sickle cell anemia Isn’t 6 kg at 2.5 years an alarming finding Crackpot sign sir.!! Sir why not hiv encephalopathy.?? Explains everything Vasculitis is progressive sir.!! Any truncal weakness was there or not.?? Altered sleep cycle indicate reticular activating system is affected Could it be like an ongoing left side seizure with facial focal seizure May be bilateral facial and one side has improved sir.??
